Return Policy

Please read the policy carefully.  We have two different return policies: one bottle return and over stock return.

For one bottle return:

* To save your shipping cost, remove the unused powder and return only the empty bottle to us within 3 months.

* Enclose the invoice. If you cannot find your invoice, please contact us before returning.

* All return shipping must be prepaid; keep the returning record and tracking number in case of a missing parcel.

* (Option) Help us improve our services to you by writing a note of why you want to return the product. We will take seriously your precious opinions.

Overstock return: (If you ordered more than one bottle.)

* There is 15% overstock charge.

* Return product must be within three months, and in good resale condition.

* Pack the items securely in the original package, if possible.

* Enclose the invoice with the returned products. If you cannot find your invoice, please contact us before returning.

* All return shipping must be prepaid; keep the returning record and tracking number in case of a missing parcel.
